This Quick Cart for Magento 2 extension modifies the mini cart in Magento 2 Default in both design and function. The mini cart is one of the crucial elements of any website. The default mini cart provides an overview of the cart. This Quick Cart extension unlocks additional features like showing order's summary, plus/minus buttons (for update products' quantity). This extension allows customers to see the summary at a glimpse, without leaving the shopping page. This extension simplifies the checkout and increases the conversion rate in Magento 2 online stores.

After installing and enable this extension, when clicking the mini cart you no longer get a dropdown menu but a full height block gets rendered on the right side of your page, this way it does not hide any important page content. The Quick Cart opens each time an item is added to the cart. This extension takes the mini cart to a whole new level. The extension can be easily customized from the Magento Admin panel and users can control mini cart open/close behavior after a product is added to the cart and also change the color design as per store theme design.

Store admins can design the advanced mini-cart with ease to match well with the site theme. In detail, customers can design almost elements of the mini cart easily including Header Background Color, Header Text, Subtotal Background Color, Subtotal Text Color, Set Height, etc. Also, mini cart footer options allow control over the looks of the footer background and text color. Change the quantity of any item in the mini cart easily and conveniently with the quantity increment button to improve user experience. On the page supported with Ajax, the mini-cart will automatically open when customers add an item to their cart.

Installation of Magento 2 Quick Cart

After finishing purchasing process, we will immediately send you an email containing the link to download the extension or Download the extension's package from your Mageefy Customer Account. Please follow the below steps to install the extension.

Step 1: Unpack/Unzip the contents of the zip folder that you have downloaded.
Step 2: Connect to your website source folder with FTP/SFTP/SSH client as a user who has permissions to write to the Magento file system
Step 3: Upload all the files and folders from the extension's installation package to the corresponding root folder of your Magento installation
Step 4: Via SSH, navigate to the Magento 2 root directory and run this command to enable the extension:
php bin/magento module:enable Mageefy_QuickCart
Step 5: Now, run the following command
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
Step 6: Then clear the cache. Go to Admin -> SYSTEM -> Tools -> Cache Management, selecting all caches, clicking “refresh” from the drop-down menu, and submitting the changes.
Now the module is enabled in the system and it is ready to be configured and used.
